- Support the Account Manager and project team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through communication and participation in client meetings
- Coordinate and carry out daily operation of social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED and other mainstream social media platforms), helping to facilitate on-time delivery
- Accurately understand clients' requirement and feedback, and effectively communicate to the internal Creative Team to ensure efficient communication between the two parties
- Keep up to date on changing digital landscape as it pertains to client digital activities, and paying attention to the Internet Ads Compliance Guidelines
- Skilled use of PPT, Excel and other tools to create and maintain databases and digital marketing performance tables, tracking, recording and reporting changes in client's competitive landscape
- Creation of client presentations and reports to best equip the Account Service Team for client meetings
- Assist in community management on social platforms, spotting and solving emerging problems in a timely manner
- Relevant agency 's internship experience, ideally with digital focus
- Ability to understand client brief and feedback on content posting, and clearly brief the requirement and feedback to the creative team
- Familiar with third-party social media design layout software (Xiumi, E2, etc.)
- Fluency in Chinese, proficiency in English, particularly written
- Passion for and fundamental knowledge of the Chinese luxury industry and digital ecosystem
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, basic data analysis ability
- Self-organised and strong interpersonal skills
