- To deliver new commercial/industrial site builds on time, to expected quality, and budget
- To interface between client teams and delivery team and ensure that the needs of all parties are met to the highest degree of expectation
- To manage M&E construction and resolve technical issue
- To be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from M&E system design to testing/commissioning and handover completion
- Responsible for management of this commission activity to ensure the system are properly commissioned.
- To manage the schedule and ensure the systems are properly commissioned, tested and balanced for sign off together with client.
- To manage the vendors testing results to ensure all are in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Responsible for commissioning and acceptance /handover of the building and; breakdown of the systems will be agreed with client to ensure all areas are included and the Punch list becomes manageable and easy to track at the end of the project.
- Responsible for follow up and update in a weekly basis the Punch-list resulting from each of the commissioning stages of the equipment and handover formally to client with closed and approved corrective actions implemented on the field.
- Responsible for develop and submit for approval the protocols for commissioning and testing of agreed packages to the tie in points with process equipment provided by client. Files must be signed off in by Supplier, CM and client. The package for each utility must follow the requirements of Completion Checklist; Installation.
- To ensure that requirements resulted from these meetings are communicated and countermeasures/action plans agreed are properly implemented through project execution by main contractor.
- To ensure all utilities are ready/available and in coordination with the schedule for all Equipment Commissioning by process vendor.
- Degree in M&E engineering discipline or equivalent
- 15+ years' experience in related fields leading M&E construction and commissioning activities for new built projects in China.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin , both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities, including highly developed written communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others
