Overview of role purpose & scope:
Provide timely and accurate financial information for management decision-making and financial reporting for Continent Supply Chain
Key responsibilities for this role :
Reporting and planning for continent Supply Chain
•Management reporting and planning in monthly and quarterly cycles
•Budgeting
•Key contact point for external / internal audit related to management reporting; coordination and facilitation
•Reporting and planning process facilitation and execution
•Ensures proper balance sheet reconciliation is prepared for the management reporting
•Ensures that all reporting and planning are conducted according to KONE financial control model and accounting standards
Business partnering
•Analysis and insight for decision-making for management
•Business partnering for stakeholders; business controlling, S&OP, procurement, full chain performance communication
•Monitoring financial performance
Tools and data
•Planning tool key user including user rights
•Reporting and planning master data (profit centers, cost centers, internal orders, products)
Reporting and planning development
•Ensure global harmonized approach on reporting and planning
•Best practice sharing
•Change management
Specific tasks agreed with continent FD
Key competencies and experience (include any required professional qualifications)
•Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent
•Fluency in English
•Minimum 5 years experience from financial roles and understanding of reporting and planning processes
•Experience from financial reporting, analysis and BI tools
•Excellent analytical and communication skills
•Ability to influence in matrix organization
•High tolerance of stress and ability to perform and deliver according to deadlines
•Service mindset
