- To execute all enquiries from affiliates, analyses capability with related dept. and prepare compliant offer in order to secure the order;
- Execute order received from affiliates, understood well the requirement, and follow up till POD;
- Execute and maintain order from affiliates in SAP accurately and timely;
- Establish relation with affiliates buyer (commercial, R&D, Supply Chain);
- Arrange and participant periodically call with buyer, Constant follow up with buyer to improve on overall customer service;
- Coordinating shipping activities according to INCOTERM;
- Solving issue with SAP/system and find more efficient solution for the current process with IT support.
- 3 years' working experience;
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and sales (quotation and order);
- 1 year work experience on SAP system is preferred;
- Communicative for building network – Key Requirement;
- Able to speak and write English for professional purpose;
- Analytical in numbers especially excel;
- Independent and able to work with less supervision;
- Proactive when facing issue;
- Mature during difficult situation;
- High responsible on the task.
