    Job Description

    Logistic IT system (SAP, PROCON, WACOS, etc) related central project implementation; System process CIP indetificaiton and realization; As key user support functional team on daily strouble shotting and competence build up; Projects management in supply chain physical and information flow via automation and digitalization approach.

    1, Lead logistics IT system/process improvement project (SAP S4 DRIVE, EDI, PJ-VIP, O2C, Fastrespond, etc) implementation including system configuration and testing, managing ender user training. Regular maintenance and upgrade according to business needs;

    2, SAP daily support on WM & MM module;

    3, SAP master data quality control and process optimization in logistics area (RACE, CSI);

    4, Based on current logistic Planning and warehouse shop floor maturity, identify potential automation/digitalization improvement projects and take leading and project management according to department vision;

    5, Coordinate with internal & external resources to develop proper IT/digital solution for business needs, improve working efficiency/planning maturity via Power platform or data analytic tools;

    6, overseeing the process from the start of the projects to final delivery, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring budgets/expenses, to ensure smooth project completion with well risk mitigation and control.

    Qualifications

    1.Bachelor degree or above in logistic engineering/industrial engineering/information technology

    least 5 years experiences in supply chain management or Lean logistic/ Production related

    System like SAP; Project management; initiative and cooperative mindsets, work independently under fast paced & complex environment

    English
