    在这一职位上,您将:

  • 为高端金融机构或者高端企业提供查询付款进度,电报咨询服务,收款服务,汇丰财资网操作等相关金融产品业务的咨询。
  • 紧密联系香港的工作伙伴,配合客户服务经理(Client Service Manager),客户关系经理(Relationship Manager),销售经理(Sales Manager),为高端金融机构或者高端企业提供其专属的客户服务。
  • 服务内容丰富,不同领域的银行产品,涵盖环球资金管理,资金清算,支票清算,定期管理等业务。
  • 跨部门合作,作为连接客户与后台及其他部门的桥梁,为客户提专业的指引和协助。

    Requirements
  • 具备认真、仔细的工作态度以及良好的客户服务意识,并愿意从事客户服务工作;
  • 粤语和普通话流利,思路清晰,语言表达和沟通能力强;
  • 具备较强的学习能力、适应能力和抗压能力,能应对工作中不同客人的要求和处理面临的各种情况;
  • 具备较强的英语读写说能力,熟练使用办公软件;
  • 良好的团队合作精神;
  • 全日制日班(不需要轮夜班),周六和周日休息。
