- bachelor or above degree
- Three years or above sourcing work and project management experience(with big manufacturing industry company is preferred).
- To be familiar with Office software, especially Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit and communication skill and negotiation ability, strong execution and insight.
- Strong project management experience.
- basic communication ability in English
- Be familiar with ERP system
- Identify potential suppliers through market research, supplier databases, and networking. Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, reliability, and compliance.。
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project-specific sourcing needs.
- Release Pos to suppliers
- Follow the delivery date of materials to ensure the on-time delivery.
- Maintain good communication and connection with relevant internal departments.
- Procurement planning, procurement contract approval, reconciliation, invoice sorting and other works.
- Deal with the procurement needs of the head office and sister companies and maintain good communication and coordination.
- Complete other affairs assigned by the general superior.
