- 审核客户递交的申请,确保所需资料与文件的真确性和完整性;
- 在服务协议规定时限内,高效完成申请的处理;
- 主动与客户跟进需要补交的资料与文件(如适用);
- 及时处理客人通过网上银行系统递交而又需要人工特殊处理的申请;
- 准确地识别并处理客人通过现金或支票递交的保费或其他款项;
- 执行相关的HSBC内部控制标准和集团合规政策。
- 大学本科以上及1年以上IT维护或系统测试相关工作经验;
- 熟悉人寿保险或投资相关的产品和术语以及基金的运营服务;
- 英语听说读写流利;
- 良好的团队合作精神;
- 高度的正直和专业精神;
- 较强的沟通表达能力;
- 较强的分析和解决问题的能力;
- 持有LOMA资格证者优先;
- 能够承受一定的工作压力和在规定时间内完成日常工作。
