- Support Project team in document control and other admin duties.
- Responsible for implementation of the document control strategy and provide consistent service delivery across the entire project.
- Provide support, guidance and training including training other users in system functionality, processes and procedures etc.
- Provide reports to detail the amendments and progression of documentation.
- Compliance monitoring for the publication of all documents into the chosen document management system, ensuring documents are in the correct format and with the correct status and metadata.
- To maintain appropriate levels of information about documents produced including storage locations, status, owners etc. sufficient for regulatory requirements.
- Support project manager upon request to fulfill routine project administration responsibilities including stakeholder communication, meeting/workshop arrangement and invite, meeting minutes preparation and distribution, office management and team-building organization, etc.
- Bachelor or above degree in engineering, design, construction, project management or related field.
- 3 years working experiences preferred in hi-tech manufacturing, office fitout or/and greenfield project management.
- Knowledge on MS Project software, and capable of handling design & construction permitting applications.
- Team player and detail-oriented.
- Must be a good user of MS Word, Excel and PPT. English can be the working language.

Overview: To support the set-up and delivery of retail projects and programmes from initial feasibility stage through to design, procurement, construction, and successful handover. You will be a project manager representing the end user client, taking the proactive actions in managing and coordinating all stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Individual project values up to US$6m and over.
