Main responsibilites:
-- Process optimization, Incorporate the lean techniques into line layout, process flow design
- Follow APD process for new product launch, process development, samples making and complete documents on time
-- Responsible for completing time studies and efficiency improvement, cost reduction.
-- Measure the standard work hour by component level and prepare for configurated BOM setup
-- Standard Operation Procedure and document prepare or update, e.g. FMEA/CP/FC/WI...
- Focus on manufacturing process improvement which include tooling, fixture and manufacturing method
-- Problem solving on manufacturing process issues, assistant for internal/external customer audit.
-- Lead continuous improvement project or productivity improvement projects.
Work with cross function to drive the PPAP, product validations to the successful product launch;
Work assigned by manager.
