- Be responsible for the daily operation supervision and management of HVAC and control system in the factory; Formulation, improvement and modification of daily operation standardization documents.
- Committed to the sustainable development of factory building and improving according to LEED and FM relevant requirements.
- Be responsible for the formulation and tracking of energy-saving and consumption reducing operation measures of air conditioning and ventilation system, monthly budget and annual budget of repair, maintenance and operation, and effectively control the operation cost.
- Finish other tasks arranged by leader.
- Bachelor's degree or above, and architecture or relative major.
- Project management experience, management knowledge of energy.
- Familiar with office software and CAD, etc. The corresponding professional software; And have the ability to design HVAC drawings.
- Familiar with construction industry standards and the relevant policies.
- Good command of Chinese and Mandarin communication.
