- Handle all site inspections.
- Directly responsible for all team contacts identified at the hotel, event deployment, contract signing and document notification to the relevant departments.
- Be a main contact person among Sales team (all regional) and all departments for all enquiries.
- To monitor and control use of hotel meeting facilities and venue for events both for internal & external guests.
- Responsible for overseeing the activities of all in house groups ensuring events are executed as planned and guest expectations are met.
