- 负责Vector分布式网络与系统部门的测试产品和解决方案业务拓展;
- 参与负责客户的业务与市场推广策略规划、管理与实现;
- 积极与客户定期沟通,助力客户成功过程中发展积极、长期的业务合作关系;
- 发掘潜在客户与应用场景,或通过引荐新产品、新特性和服务等方式实现业务共赢;
- 参加并主导市场推广活动,在Vector或行业会议通过演讲、demo展示等方式推广业务;并提供客户反馈给产品线;
- 通过开展定期产品演示与Workshop方式,在客户现场推广XiL与总线测试工具;
- 具备使用/实施 CAN、CAN FD、J1939、LIN、以太网和 AUTOSAR 等汽车网络标准的经验。掌握 A-SPICE 和 ISO 26262 流程的基本知识,以及 CI/CT/CD 知识;
- 熟悉 OEM/Tier1 汽车 ECU 开发和测试流程。熟悉 HIL 和 SIL 测试;
- 使用过 Vector 工具(CANoe、CANalyzer、CAPL、vTESTstudio、VT System)。具备 XML、.NET、Python 和 MATLAB/Simulink 知识者优先;
- 具有客户服务意识,能够在团队环境中工作,具有满足并超越客户期望的紧迫感;
- 具有较强的沟通能力,包括口头表达能力和倾听能力。适应工作地周围频繁出差;
- 5年以上相关工作经验,硕士或以上学历;
