- Assist branch GM and sales team in handling client relationship management and business development
- Assist branch GM and sales team to conduct market research, collect of market intelligence and provide market analysis
- Assist branch GM to maintain the sales budget and forecast for specific distribution channels and sales teams
- Facilitate the paper work to obtain the approval of sales initiatives, including the events, campaigns and sales incentives
- Working with China Distribution team to execute the regular regulatory exams and all compliance related activities
- Support sales team to increase the service capabilities for business partners and optimization as-is business process
- Completed the work assigned by branch GM
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in sales support or finance administration is preferred
- Strong initiative and drive; be results-oriented
- Technology savvy and structure thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and local language required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PPT
