- 1.本科及以上学历,6年以上财经领域相关的BA/业务顾问/产品经理的项目和系统实施经验;2.熟悉财经项目的实施过程,参与过大型互联网公司或其他大型公司的财经系统建设,并主导过一个或数个财经领域的系统建设,业务基本知识扎实;3.思维敏捷、具有较强洞察力和全局分析能力,能够准确理解用户需求、梳理并输出业务方案;4.良好的口头与书面表达能力,善于多方的协调沟通,执行高效;5.学习和适应能力强,能接受挑战快速学习不熟悉领域的知识,较好的抗压能力;6.熟悉一个或数个商业产品(如 Oracle EBS/SAP/Workday/Oracle Fusion等)优先考虑;7.具有优秀的英语书面和沟通能力优先考虑。
