Provides technical solutions to customers in a timely manner to address customer questions or inline issues, by leveraging application knowledges and expertise in lithography.
Conduct onsite hands-on experiments at customers as needed.Collaborates with other functions to accelerate new R&D product development, CIP/PCN, and commercialization process.
Work on-site with local manufacturer to prevent any mis-operation and deviation from DuPont quality standards. Ensure every production/sample batch to be made in good quality, ensure a stable supply to end customers.
Generates and use quality data (Litho inline data, SPC chart, COA, analytical test, etc.) to enable local manufacturer to drive product quality improvements.
Co-works with internal manufacturing sites to handle quality case from local manufacturer, develop and put in place corrective/preventive measures, provides quality guidance to ensure local manufacturer stable and high quality standard.
Protects intellectual properties and trade secrets.Qualifications/Requirements:
PhD or MS in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, semiconductor devices or related fields
At least 2-year work experience in semiconductor processing or quality. Lithography experience in Foundry or Memory R&D/manufacturing is preferred
Experience in photoresist R&D or manufacturing is a plus
Knowledge and experience in semiconductor device and Litho process, hands-on experience in advanced Litho chemicals, litho materials processing, and photo cluster of track and exposure tool
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in both oral and written English
Self-motivated in driving progress and result-oriented with attention to detail
Hands-on style, continuous learning, deep in technologies, passionate for business win
Demonstrated strong ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, cross-functional, global work environment
Collaborative, strong team player
