- Drive design wins in their target industrial accounts;
- Drive customer visits for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment;
- Leads proof of concept, solution design and demonstrations to secure the win;
- Manages our projects with respect to design in campaigns for assigned customers to ensure early involvement in the customer's technology roadmap and continuous and timely flow of information to all necessary parties within the Business Line and customer;
- Qualifies sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements and establishes our value proposition/position relative to the competition;
- Qualifies the value of our products (strengths versus competitive products) and quantifies the technical benefits derived from choosing Nexperia;
- Successfully builds relationships with sales team members, business lines, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives;
- Analyzes customer's technical objectives using relevant data gathering techniques enabling the sales team to be more predictive, effective and responsive to customer needs;
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronic or related;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electronic design engineering or field application engineering;
- Preferably related work experience in industrial, consumer or home appliances or telecom based customers;
- Strong communication and presentation skills to drive communication with relevant stake holders;
- With Ability to perform problem solving and support sales target; Self-initiative & self-learning; Willing to travel frequently;
