- Steer regional portfolio management in line with Automotive OEMs SBU and technology strategy to improve margins and ensure business continuity.
- Supervise regional product (life cycle) management incl. business continuation / crisis management.
- Steer CoGs activities and drive CoGs excellence.
- Steer regional portfolio complexity management to create a more focused, profitable & sustainable portfolio.
- Steer regional portfolio segmentation and implement and ensure process compliance across PTMs.
- Ensure high quality portfolio assessments for Management of Change (MOC) and Adhesive Development Process (ADP) process.
- Support PTM process governance and communicate & manage with cross-functional / cross-SBU stakeholders.
- University degree in engineering or business administration.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B, preferably with a focus on strategic business process (e.g. product/technology management or operations).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence to carry out tasks independently and with good diligence.
