- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop detailed financial plans and budgets for capital projects.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal financing options for capital investments, considering factors such as cost of capital, debt-equity ratios, and financial risk.
- Establish robust financial controls and processes to monitor capital expenditure, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial policies.
- Monitor project performance against financial targets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular reviews of capital projects to assess their financial viability and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, financial trends, and investment opportunities.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on capital investment decisions, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Communicate financial information and project updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.
