- Participate and provide inputs in project meetings (Innovation / Plug & Play / Renovation) for China as per the business growth aspirations.
- Drive Quality Agreement (ICQA: Inter Company Quality Agreement) and Quality Standard (CRQS: Consumer Related Quality Standards) between the each selling and buying entity for the commercialized goods.
- Perform audit & assessment for CM & Warehouse as per the product standards and UL mandatory requirements and ensure CAPA are robust and ensure timely closure.
- Support consumer/ customer complaints and handle with speed for closure.
- Support the quality activities from warehouse operations.
- Develop & deploy quality systems (QMS/ SOPs/ processes) for the various processes involving Quality, collaborating with various cross-functional teams in China/ globally.
- Support other ad-Hoc Quality related topics / projects which assigned by Line Manager.
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in quality assurance, science, food technology, medical sciences, etc.; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
- At least 3+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance + Quality Control experience, preferable in VMS / Foods / FMCG industry.
- Good in English & Chinese language written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Business processes, Quality Management Systems, HACCP & Food Safety.
- Prior auditing and developing Power BI experience shall be an added advantage.
- Dynamic and globally minded, self-starter personality.
- Fast paced and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and significant level of ambiguity and change.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, written, communication presentation skills.
