    Main Tasks:

    • Sales and marketing management
    o Establishes close and long-term business relationship with customers to gain understanding of customer needs
    o Develops and implements sales plans to realize sales targets based on margin, price, volume and other required KPIs
    o Provides bottom-up budget proposal in responsible area
    o Provides timely and accurate sales forecast to support effective sales planning
    o Prepares relevant business reports (e.g. Weekly report, Monthly report), as well as Customer Visit reports, to align communication with all internal stakeholders
    o Prepares pricing proposals to capture sales opportunities in a profitable manner

    • Order and credit management
    o Monitors sales order processing & logistics arrangement to fulfill customer requirement
    o Reviews and monitors outstanding and overdue accounts, and credit limits of key accounts, distributors and customers to ensure credits are within manageable and secured limits

    • New business development
    o Scouts for new business opportunities and develops the appropriate business cases and plans that result to the most value-adding and profitable projects
    o Actively develops cross-SBU and cross-BU synergy to generate new business opportunities

    • Market intelligence and competition analysis
    o Maintains a good grasp of product knowledge and market information to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs
    o Identifies market and industry trends to ensure near and long-term success of CP in China
    o Establishes various channels to gather market information on both customers and competitors

    • Other key tasks
    o Supports supervisor for business decision on product positioning, pricing, dealing with competition, new business direction, etc.
    o Ensures full compliance to all relevant EHS and Legal policies and guidelines


    Requirements:

    • Education: Chemical engineering, Chemistry, business management with relevant experience is preferred
    • Working Experience: Minimum 4 years in the Petrochemicals / Chemical Industry
