- Working within the Groups' Technology and IT investment framework you will partnering with the Country Head of Technology & Operations (T&O), and across the Country Technology Platforms.
- Heavily involved in partnering with Regional T&O and Support Unit Finance especially in areas of performance management and driving deeper insights through data and well thought out analysis
- Support T&O Head & COO to drive strategic priorities and scorecard for items with financial impact; regularly monitoring and reviewing with T&O Executive Team.
- Assist SUC head to drive the transformation of Technology business processes. This includes driving the implementation Regional Platform operating model and new IT Infrastructure recovery model.
- Support the implementation of in-country and regional strategies with a financial lens and bridge the requirements of Group to country and vice versa.
- Support MIS and financial reporting and ensure alignment of Group vs location reporting for T&O and SUs including consistency in platform reporting.
- Working with the Groups' cost allocation framework, you will partner with local and group teams to ensure that the allocations and associated data provide a fair representation of allocations to Business Units, Segments and Products.
- Where necessary, you will work in cross functional teams to help refine methodology and data while ensuring consistency with Group standards.
- Ensure appropriate governance & understanding of cross border charges for services provided by regional teams and work done for the country overseas including billing for operational activities, technology build work for initiatives and reimbursements for overseas spend working with the country T&O / SU teams and Regional T&O Finance
- Support the Country Tax for Audit/Assessment queries regarding Inter-Co charges, ensuring completeness of documentation & understanding of the charges
- Technical competencies At least 8 years of experience in banking technology and operations finance Solid business acumen and experience with business and financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting Deep experience in cross border billing / recharges / processes/ technology systems Proficiency in complex stakeholder management and the ability to make thoughtful trade-offs CA/CPA/ACCA qualified and/or holding an MBA is a plus.

The focus of the role is to uplift our capability in the budgeting, MIS, allocations and cross border charging processes working with both country and group functions to drive large scale process transformation, create radical transparency and significantly uplift our cost capabilities to help the Country and Group make better business decisions.
Partnering closely with specific Support Units, Operations and Technology platforms, drive day to day operational and financial responsibilities for the portfolio, ensuring the fundamentals are in order, including but not limited to financial processes, governance, risks, and controls;
Heavily involved in business partnering with the respective heads, leads and business partners, to drive the productivity & optimization agenda and overall technology strategy & transformation.
