- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions including but not limited to recruitment, staff on-board, exit arrangement, staff leave and attendance record update, and employee relations
- Handle C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, pension, social insurance administration and taxation
- Coordinate learning and development program
- Handle general office administration duties and other miscellaneous supplies
- Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management, with hands-on Human Resources experience is an advantage.
- Well-versed in local labour law and other employment-related ordinances and practices
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration, capable to process payroll independently
- Proactive, detail-oriented and logical thinking
- Self-motivated, Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
