    Supplier Quality Engineer- Shenzhen

    The Job

    As a Supplier Quality Engineer Here, you'll be part of our GSM team located in Shenzhen. You'll get to:

    1. Monitor and review monthly and yearly supplier qualtity performance, lead and drive the suppliers with a worse performance to implement the necessary corrective actions to meet Stanley Black& Decker requirements

    2. Conduct Quality Audit (SQA) to suppliers based on Stanley Black& Decker audit process. Trace improvement plan (CAP) and maintain the audit information into dedicated audit database.

    3. Perform In-Process Audit (or called as CAPA or Compliance Audit Process Audit) to the Stanley Black & Decker item be manufactured by the supplier. Follow up and implement corrective action either with the supplier or buying location (division). Maintain the information in dedicated audit database.

    4. Conduct Pre-Shipment Inspection (or call EOLA, End of line audit). Responsible to issue official inspection report, request/ review/ follow up the CAP form the supplier, load audit result and maintain the information in system if any (For example, QM).

    5. Co-work with supplier on all different types of quality compliant and prepare CAP (corrective action plan)/LSS (LEAN & 6 Sigma) projects to avoid it happened again,

    6. Work with supplier to develop continues improvement includes:

    7. Address and follow up the open issues after Product Launch. Implement Engineering Change from Stanley Black & Decker side. Request/ support Engineering Change (or called REA) from the supplier side. 6 sigma project development.

    8. Participate in develop new product onsite and solve the quality problem to ensure the project can run smoothly. Train supplier for SPPAP requirements and work with supplier to finished SPPAP.

    9. Co-work with Purchasing responsible (Purchasing Engineer or Buyer) on developing supplier.

    10. Co-work with Project Engineer to facility necessary quality concept/requirement in the supplier side. With regional quality manager's dedication, SQE could involve new product development as short/ middle term support.

    11. Supplier training

    1. University/ college in Electronic Engineering related

    year working experience in quality control function in Electronic factory and new product development, Electronic factory R&D background is preferred

    3. Familiar with common international certification (ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949, SA8000).

    4. Require Audit Skill to conduct Supper Qualification Audit, Sustainability and Social

    5. Accountability Audit to the supplier side

    6. Be able to Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK)

    7. Fluent English

    8. Problem Solving Skill (PDCA, 5W, 8D, Lean 6 Sigma, SPC, )
