- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Abide by ESH policies, perform ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, ensure that work meets ESH requirements, and achieve ESH performance.
- Other works assigned by the superior.
- University Degree with major in Human Resources, business management or other related fields;
- Good command of MS Office software, in particular in advanced excels, PPT ;
- Good communication skills, Team work with others, Cooperate with other dept., service awareness;
- Good attitude to learn, to be solution provider.
