    Position Summary

    CCT China HR related responsibilities

    Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Abide by ESH policies, perform ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, ensure that work meets ESH requirements, and achieve ESH performance.
  • Other works assigned by the superior.

    Position Requirements

  • University Degree with major in Human Resources, business management or other related fields;
  • Good command of MS Office software, in particular in advanced excels, PPT ;
  • Good communication skills, Team work with others, Cooperate with other dept., service awareness;
  • Good attitude to learn, to be solution provider.
