- Product Design from Conceptual to finalization;
- Project Management ;
- Design discussion and project update with Customer;
- Sample trial and testing;
- Trouble shooting.
- Must be able to use 3D design software such as UG, Solidworks, pro-e(Cleo) and Autocad
- Needs good command in English and Chinese for both in written and speaking
- Knowledge in FMEA and Design of Experiment (DOE)n are preferred
- Education Level / Technical Training
- Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Product development preferably in Connector or cord-winder industries.
- Good ability in designing of mechanical design of plastics components for injection mold and contacts/terminals design for high speed stamping die.
- Good knowledge in the application of various engineering plastics and the processing skills of plastics injection machine to achieve high cosmetics requirements.
- Good trouble shooting skills and analytical mind for failure Mode analysis.
- Ability to lead the team members to accomplish the project to meet Customer's requirements within the desired time frame
