职位概要
根据公司经营策略及发展目标,制定销售策略和目标,建立及不断完善和稳定销售网络。通过对经销商和市场的有效管理,确保完成各时期的销售量目标,使公司的利润最大化。
主要职责
• 维护和开拓中国湖北省家禽预混料市场。
• 完成公司制定的短期和中长期销售目标。
• 大客户开发、维护,新市场开拓。
• 管理和发展经销商团队。
• 举办研讨会,组织团队拜访等销售活动。
• 上级安排的其它工作。
岗位要求
• 大学本科以上学历;动物营养和动物医学专业优先。
• 5年以上家禽预混料销售和经销商管理及开发经验。
• 具有较强的市场开发和管理能力,积极乐观的品质。
• 有大型蛋鸡场或种鸡场管理经验者优先。
• 英语良好者优先。
