- Harmonize Common production processes across three subregions with the support of subregional SCM Heads.
- Helps subregions in Industrialization of new technology products or new generation machine.
- Drive quality and efficiency topics in the Asia Region.
- Support to Head of SCM, Asia to harmonize production processes of common products in Asia.
- Drive operational excellence topics in Asia with the support of SCM heads.
- Monitor and support subregions in achieving CIP targets.
- Help in industrialization of new products and new machines in accordance with Global Production Technology.
- Ensure diffusion of best practices.
- Provide support on ad-hoc process engineering request/problem solving from local team".
- Prepare monthly report and presentation on the above topics.
- Perform training on operational excellence, ex. Lean, 6-Sigma, with help of HR.
- Benchmarking in accordance with GSCM.
- Drive quality and efficiency improvements with Global Production Technology and Global Operational Excellence.
- Drive local organizations to improve master data quality.
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 10 year+ experience in operational excellence and or Process engineering.
- Experience in handling projects across different countries.
- Fluency in English.
