  • Understand the process of packaging design, packaging purchasing, packaging vendor selection, packaging delivery in Bosch

    • 了解博世包装设计,包装采购,包装供应商选择,包装配送交付等相关流程

    1. Drive projects of packaging design standardization, purchasing bundling ,package supply network optimization in plants and business units.

    推动工厂、事业部的包装设计标准化,包材采购集中化,包材供应网络优化等项目

    2. Engage in in-depth communication with factory/business units, packaging purchasing team, etc. to get the current state of packaging management, pain points, and improvement expectation. Then promote the implementation of packaging management improvement projects to meet the goals of cost savings, efficiency gains, and CO2 emission reduction.

    与工厂/事业部以及包装采购等开展深入沟通,获得目前的包装管理现状,痛点以及改善诉求。推动包装管理改善项目落地实施,以达到成本节约,效率提生以及CO2节能减排的目标。

    3. Develop project plans, manage project plans, assess project risks, and prevent risks.

    制定项目计划,管理项目计划,评估项目风险,进行风险预防。

    4. Manage the project team, manage project stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are met.

    管理项目团队,管理项目利益相关方,确保项目目标的达成。

    5. Involvement and participation in Packaging digitalization activities and projects.

    积极参与包装数字化转型相关活动以及项目

    6. Providing consultation and know-how for packaging design related topics to Bosch internal functions.

    主动为博世相关工厂提供包装事宜的咨询服务,并根据需求可以为其他工厂的包装改善活动提供支持

    7. Actively complete the department and other customer-related work

    积极完成部门以及客户相关其他工作

    职位要求

    1. Bachelor or above Degree, Master is a plus

    本科及以上学历,硕士学位优先

    2. Above 3 years project management working experience,Excellent project management ability, with PMP and other project management qualifications

    3年以上项目管理相关工作经验,优秀的项目管理能力,有PMP等项目管理资质优先

    3. The background of procurement and supplier management, the logistics supply chain management background, and the background of package project management are prioritized

    采购与供应商管理背景,物流供应链管理背景,包装项目管理背景优先.

    4.Customer oriented thinking and good communication skills,Strong coordination and cross-departmental and cross-team communication capabilities,

    能够以客户为中心,具备优秀的沟通能力,较强的统筹协调以及跨部门以及跨团队沟通能力

    5.English (good in writing and communication)

    英语流利,可作为工作语言
