    Order Processor Project Management

    What challenges can you expect?

  • Analysis of the needed scope of work of MR and the deduction of necessary qualification measures respectively the investigation of the required qualification of subcontractors
  • Formation of an efficient project team
  • Coordination offer preparing, execution of cost calculations and price negotiations
  • Coordination of complex technical projects including the integration of external suppliers
  • Consulting Sales staff/ customers concerning all technical inquiries for the designated range of products
  • Analysis and coordination of the technical requirements, supervision or steering of the project if necessary on site
  • Analysis of the scope of work for Asset Management projects and identification of needed qualifications of subcontractors respectively deduction of necessary qualification measures
  • Perform continuous risk management
  • Provision of suitable project documentation and performance reviews
  • Ensuring communication and interface
  • Preparation of Management reports
  • Assisting with and / or managing internal and intra-divisional projects
  • Adoption of superior tasks in the group

    • What do we expect from you?

  • Graduated engineer in electrical engineering or comparable·
  • Extended asset management experience in the field of electrical power supply·
  • Basic knowledge of machine construction branch
  • Far-reaching knowledge of international project handling
  • Knowledge of designated products and the sales-oriented order processing tools as well as customer order documentation
  • Several years of practical experience with order processing or far reaching knowledge in transformers including commissioning
  • Business-fluent English
  • Additional language skills desirable
  • Understanding of processes and systems
  • Willingness to travel
  • Business-oriented focus
  • Didactic ability, presentation techniques
