    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management processes and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency of projects.
  • Manage the day-to-day work of project team members, including project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Provide guidance and training on project management methodologies to ensure the team understands and follows best practices.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between different departments to promote teamwork and information sharing.
  • Oversee project budgets and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Track project progress and risks, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure projects progress as planned.
  • Provide project reports and updates, communicate project progress and issues to senior management.
  • Manage project changes and scope to ensure clarity and consistency of project objectives.
  • Seek continuous improvement of project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and quality of outcomes.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Project Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, with experience in cross-functional project management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate and manage teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Microsoft Project, Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry is preferred.
  • Fluent in English for work communication and document writing.
