- Support sales on client onboarding process, issue solving.
- Centralize and collect data from Sales, be required to produce reports and presentation on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve per sales management request.
- Support daily Salesforce operation case.
- Credit and pricing support on a monthly basis.
- Be able to work 3-5 days each week
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of English, at least CET-4
- Computer skills, Using MS office applications, BA skills, Learning Agility
- Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
- Highly proficient in Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word,SQL
