    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 根据公司政策及合规情况,在集中接入总体战略的指导下,负责全国各省市及重要医院的接入相关工作。保证拜耳器械产品在该地区的顺利推广,最终支持CF团队实现销售目标;
  • 配合中央负责本地区医疗耗材产品的市场准入工作。根据公司制度开展投标工作的前期准备工作,协助准备投标工作及相关材料;把握投标工作的关键环节招标公告发布后整个流程的跟踪、录入、报价、分发,达到中标;
  • 产品中标的目标;获取与维护医疗保险代码;动态维护产品信息数据库,收集并分析产品访问数据;负责阳光网络、省市标准、VBP等项目,参与政策影响、政策解读、产品市场分析、投标策略决策等关键环节、产品信息声明;
  • 负责本地区省级价格收费工作,了解医疗器械行业相关法律法规,领导相关政务工作医疗保险价格的各种采购平台等工作;
  • 在具体接入项目方面,可以清晰地映射重要的决策客户,并在必要时吸引相关客户,梳理接入的解决路径,组织协调各方资源实现目标;
  • 与医保等政府部门建立和维护客户关系区域内各局、公共资源交易中心。

  • 精通市场准入流程、集中采购和医疗保险体系专业知识,熟悉相关法律法规;
  • 近5年外企高值医疗耗材招标经验;
  • 拥有与所在地区公共资源有一定关系;
  • 较强的责任心、进取心和团队精神;
  • 具有一定的创业精神。
