- Identify the process bottle neck in Flexographic print process from analyzing printed sample
- Provide utmost support for new Flexographic print press machine installations
- Being able to mount Plate mount tape on print sleeve correctly, and conduct the plate registration, and able to coach customer's print operators
- Deeply understand the each key functions and parts of Flexographic print press machine, and be able to set the optimal parameters
- With using his/her expertise, provide optimal recommendation to Flexo print house combining with tesa's solutions
- Keep updating newest technological information related Flexographic print industry globally and locally China
- Initiate technical pain point of exiting products, and initiate the improvement
- Support to create Business case for new product development technically
- Support the evaluation process of new product or prototype
- Other assigned related tasks and projects.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Print graphic technology / engineering
- Min 3 years working experience in Flexo graphic packaging producer as Print engineer
- Strong learning ability and agility
- Good problem-solving skills, identify the problems and analyze the root reason in area and present clearly
- Strong willingness to grow and step out of comfortable zone with own initiatives
- Strong willingness and ownership for Print technical matter
- Good capability to work well under pressure
- Highly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitude
- Workable English communication skill in written and oral
- Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel frequently
