- Maintain, improve and expand overseas agency resources, and establish a good interactive and cooperative relationship with overseas agents;
- Accept overseas agent's inquiry, make daily quotations according to the service requirements of overseas agents, and provide corresponding transportation solutions;
- Accept overseas agency order entrustment, operation, tracking and timely feedback corresponding order information .;
- Do a good job in customer service for other project cargo customers of the company;
- Complete other tasks delivered by superior leaders.
- Bachelor degree or above;
- International logistics / trade, transportation, and navigation related majors are preferred;
- Proficiency in English reading and writing, and good spoken language skills;
- Familiar with container business processes;
- Familiar with ro-ro ship and bulk cargo is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and initiative;
- Good relationship with suppliers such as shipping companies is preferred.
