- Check the accuracy of E-commerce/DX orders and returns on a daily basis.
- Manage and check the consignment stock on a daily and monthly basis.
- Communicate with UCO on order/system errors and ensure the smooth run of the E-commerce platform
- Make sure appropriate approvals obtained before the issue of ANC products.
- Document right receipts along with the delivery of ANC goods;
- Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation of ANC goods;
- Instruct 3PL on ANC labelling.
- Monitor 3PL and Sinopharm on operations of product traceable labels
- Deal with goods flow on employee internal purchase/ other benefit plan.
- Bachelor's degree required
