    Job Description


    • Overall responsible for the business improvement and development of Rexroth industrial hydraulic -marine, ship service and others. As well as the establishment and management of after-sales channels.

    • Responsible for the application and technical support of related after-sales business, participating in customer follow-up and negotiations for related business and supporting regional sales/dealers to expand business.

    • Responsible for the coordination and arrangement of internal service resources, including tech-team, services, quality. Completing technical solutions, operating procedures, and on-site service quality and progress management

    • Responsible for monitoring, recording and analyzing daily sales data of relevant after-sales market

    • Propose reasonable suggestions and standardize relevant service support processes, including customer after-sales support and relationship maintenance, service promotion, customer complaints, crisis incident handling, etc.

    Qualifications


    • Hydraulic transmission control, mechanical/electrical automation and other related majors, bachelor's degree or above

    • Have good communication skills, collaboration skills, and good team spirit

    具有良好的沟通能力、协作能力,良好的团队合作精神


    • Have 5 years or more experience in after-sales market development, be familiar with after-sales service business models. Have strong sales spirit & capabilities

    具备5年及以上售后市场开发经验,熟悉售后服务业务模式,具有较强的销售能力


    • Priority will be given to those with experience in hydraulic sales, especially marine and ship service application sales

    有液压销售尤其是海事,船务应用销售经验优先


    • Familiar with basic knowledge of various commonly used hydraulic components, independent hydraulic scheme design and component selection skills are preferred

    熟悉各种常用液压元器件基础知识,有独立液压方案设计、元器件选型技能优先


    • Proficient in operating sales support software such as SAP / CRM and have certain sales data analysis capabilities and experience

    熟练操作SAP,CRM等销售类支持软件,有一定的销售数据分析能力和经验


    • Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

    具备良好的英文听说读写能力


    • Ability to independently manage and follow-up on sales projects, those with project management experience are preferred
