- 推动布勒工厂改进质量,协调LCM、工厂和采购部门落实改进措施;
- 所属责任区域内的日常投诉跟踪处理;
- 客户投诉数据的分析和报告制订;
- 重大质量投诉的客户回访和客户满意度调查;
- Grain服务订单处理、工时录入等(20%)
- 售后部门的运营数据汇总、分析、整理和制订报表(30%)
- 机械工程类等相关专业本科或同等学力;
- 客户质量管理或客户服务3年及以上从业经验;
- 在协调客户及公司内跨部门以最终完成既定目标方面拥有丰富的经验;
- 对数据敏感,逻辑思维能力良好;
- 良好的英语读写,基本的听说能力;
- 熟悉质量管理知识,尤以8D和根源分析相关知识为佳;
- 熟练使用Office软件,尤以EXCEL和PPT熟练为佳;
- 熟悉操作SAP系统;
- 熟悉财务专业知识尤佳;
- 解决问题的能力:寻找根本原因,提出解决措施;
- 良好的数据分析和学习能力;
- 良好的沟通协调能力;
- 较强的决策力和执行力;
- 良好的抗压能力和情绪管理能力;
