- Fast response to quality problem from workshop;
- Quality statistical analysis ( process capability, machine capability, measuring report...) and regular report;
- Quality document maintenance ( Notification, WI, control plan, Inspection procedure, checklist etc. )
- Internal product and process audit ( Layer audit, requalification, line challenge);
- External audit supporting ( audit report and corrective action);
- Support for quality planning in PEP project activities
- Support customer service and participate 8D team for process information;
- Technical or mechanical engineering background education, bachelor or above degree;
- Good communication, coordination and cooperation skill, Good English and PC skills;
- More than 5 years working experience in mechanical company Familiar with the quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA,FMEA,8D) and quality analysis methods
- Technical background in assembly would be preferred;
