- Actively handling customer complaint, lead PSS to find root cause and define corrective actions, submit 4Q/8D report to customer.
- Bridge customer Q requirement and internal quality management.
- Quality account towards customer, build up active interaction with customer.
- Initiate CIP project with PQE and cross functions for quality improvement.
- Overall responsibility on quality target fulfillment, customer satisfaction, trust & loyalty towards Rexroth.
- Bachelor or above, engineering background.
- More than 3 years experience in Quality or related.
- Familiar with Quality system (, ISO, 6 sigma), better with qualified certification. ETO manufacturing preferred.
- Familiar with Quality tools and application ( 8D, 4Q, FEMA...) .
- Basic English skill (read, write and spoken).
- Self-motivated, self-learning oriented and teamwork spirit.
- Good communication and management skill.
