- Master degree in electrical engineering, software engineering or computer science, or similar majorO Experience

- Work experience at OEMs or suppliers for E/E especially ADAS and SW development is a plus.
- At least 5+ years of experience in software development projects
- At least 5+ years of experience in vehicle/components development projects
- Working experience in international company is a plus.
- Experience with ADAS components/application is plus, e.g. Auto Parking, Driving assistant system, AEB...
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, Agile/Scrum methodology, experience as scurm master or product owner is plusO Specific Knowledge
- Advance knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management, e.g. project plan, risk analysis, PMP is a plus.
- Basic understanding about software development quality methodologies.
- Know-how with vehicle EE architecture or SW architecture is an advantage.
- Familiar with vehicle development process is an advantage.
- Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Experience with Jira, and Confluence or similar PM tools.
- Willingness to travel inside China and foreign countries.
- Self-responsibility, team player with very good communication skills and presentation skills.
- Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Very good English.
- German is a plus.
