Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Works as a Project Engineer with a focus on the Robotics/Automation. In this function, the candidate is mainly transferring and implementing technical including software and hardware into industry and educational institutions.
2. He/She is able to develop a factory-planning proposal by integrating I4.0 and have good control of project management from pre-proposal communication with clients, technical request, and project implement according timeline.
3. He/She is mainly involved in the development and implementation of training and consulting projects for industry in China and supports the global team of I4.0 experts within TUV Rheinland Academy&Life Care
4. Responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, leading and moderating classroom discussions
5. Integrates best industry practice into the training programs
6. Builds up partnerships with technical partners for joint-team project delivery.
7. Supports the preparation of related tenders from a technical perspective
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate should have received a formal qualification in Robotics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with typical industry robots like ABB, UR, Fanuc, and KUKA, etc.
3. A Plant and production Simulation software user
4. Practical work experience in the field of installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial robots and complex mechatronic production equipment required
5. Must have prior robotic programming knowledge and should be able to help others create robot paths and develop programs
6. Understanding of electrical/electronic schematic diagrams, blueprints, and good practical experience in pneumatic/hydraulic control systems
7. Experience in Siemens SPS programing – SIMATIC S7-1500, Ethernet, Profinet, TIA Portal is regarded as special asset
8. Possess a basic ability to set up I/O structure, robot start-up, and various fieldbus networks
9. He/she has some experience as technical instructor in the mentioned fields either as in-company trainer or at a vocational training school
10. Good communication and presentation skills
11. Able to communicate in English fluently
