Job Description:
1, Responsible for the development of equipment maintenance plan, the establishment of equipment maintenance ledger, regular maintenance and fault repair work to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
2, Support maintenance personnel fault maintenance work, find the root cause of the fault, put forward solutions.
3, Responsible for tracking the implementation of preventive maintenance, maintenance work, reduce the production workshop downtime and equipment caused by the loss. Strengthen preventive diagnostic work on critical equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
4, Responsible for guiding and training equipment operators to correctly operate equipment and independent maintenance work.
5. Analyze and summarize the causes of equipment failure, collect MTBF and MTTR data, lead improvement projects, implement and implement improvement plans.
6. Responsible for guiding and supervising the safety work of maintenance personnel and implementing LOTO procedures.
7. Experience in 5S and TPM system operation.
8. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Job Requiremnets;
Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree
Field of Study: Engineering
Experience Requirements (Years): 5-8 Years
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1. College degree or above in mechanical, mechatronics and other related majors.
2, More than 5 years of manufacturing enterprise equipment maintenance engineer or maintenance supervisor work experience.
3, With hydraulic, pneumatic knowledge and troubleshooting ability.

6, Good communication skills and internal relationship handling skills, good team work ability, can work under high pressure.
7. Able to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
