- 从事过油墨、涂料或相关行业机械设备(砂磨机,三辊机,搅拌机,RTO等)维护维修操作经验,按照计划和作业指导书进行预防性维修,并填写保养记录。
- 持有高低压电工证书(有电焊工证和钳工证的更合适),也可入职后参加考试;了解PLC和变频器的原理。
- 会使用Office办公软件,会看机械图和电器线路图。
- 对设备进行日常的点检,发现问题,及时解决和报告。
- 具有独立解决日常维修任务和临时故障的能力,并做好相关维修记录和备件领用记录。
- 操作公用工程设备(空压机,冷冻机,配电设备),确保设备正常运行。
- 能对设备故障进行原因分析和设备健康状态判断。
- 总结设备维修保养经验,持续改进设备维修质量。
- 认真执行公司的各项规章制度,操作流程和作业指导书;认真贯彻5S的工作要求和ISO体系要求;参加各种教育培训,确保自我技术知识不断成长。
- 执行部门分配的其它任务,具备团队精神,有较好的沟通能力。
- 岗位需要倒班,考虑节假日加班调休等因素,在上海长期定居人员优先。
- 大专以上学历,机电相关背景。
- 三年以上维修工作经验;获得维修钳工/电工中级及以上等级证书。
- 持有低压电工操作证书,有高压证优先。
- 较强的故障分析判断和处理能力,动手能力强。
- 熟悉PLC控制系统和变频器。并有相关调试经验和技能。
- 熟悉电气元件和控制系统原理和应用。
- 身体健康,工作积极主动,吃苦耐劳,有责任感和上进心,具团队合作精神,良好沟通表达能力。
- 具有较强的安全环保意识,有化工工厂设备维修经验优先。
- 能适应翻班工作,会基本电脑操作,会简单英语更佳。
