MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions i s a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment and recycle and reuse solutions. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics equipment; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment and transportation equipment.

Job Purpose

1. Assist manager to complete TPM jobs.

2. In charge the daily maintenance about the FX plant Equipment.

3. Response the repair WO from departments and completed the repair jobs in time.

4. Edit the WI and SOP if necessary for new sets of equipment.

5. Mentoring and training technician to improve the skill and safety.

6. Audit the supplier working in plant to keep the safety and quality.

7. Completed the things arranged.

Job Responsibilities

1. TPM need to be done in time and report the risk and completed the improvement.

2. Make sure the Productions working in smoothly in first.

3. Do the capacity or safety improvement project.

4. The supplier management and training to meet ours request.

5. The technician skill and knowleage improvement.

6. The capex or other project working in plant need to be supervised.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Mechanical major, college degree or above.

2. Good communication skills, self-motivated, can independently complete equipment maintenance and inspection, repair work.

3. Proficient in the use of computer office software, can read drawings, proficient in CAD drawing is preferred.

4. Chemical plant equipment experience or chemical plant equipment maintenance experience is preferred.

5. High and low voltage electrician certificate.

6. Familiar with supplier management and 8 dangerous special operations.

Skills

2. Proficient in the use of computer office software, and can read the English mail at least

3. Good communication skills

Competencies

1. Can independently complete equipment maintenance and inspection, repair work.

2. Familiar with motor, pump maintenance and pipeline maintenance.

3. Good learning ability.

Supervisory Responsibilities

1. Guide and monitor the safe operation of technicians.

2. Supplier safety operation monitoring and engineering quality supervision.

3. Awareness and investigation of security risks.
