- To maintain complete and correct balancing of Process Orders, analyze and identification of reasons for rejects.
- To monitor and analyze dates in SAP which will eliminate mistakes.
- Contentious support on production line (rework planning, pallets issues, secures that parts are on place).
- Counts and make full summary of rejects.
- Stock adjustment calculations (stock balancing, importing dates).
- Ensuring that all items are finished with coatings and related pallet stickers glued, due to stock transfer.
- Keeping the stock of raw materials within limits in the site to avoid overstocking and understocking of raw materials.
- The statistics of production report in the workshop.
- Consumables procurement, material collection, and consumables management in the department.
- Assist production supervisor to arrange daily personnel and make statistics on daily attendance of production workshop.
- Manage and archive the production documents of the department.
- To take on any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
- College or above degree. At least 1 year work experience in keeping records.
- Precise attention to numerical details.
- Ability to quickly understand the concepts.
- Computer skills: Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Focuses on daily and weekly activities. Performance of multiple activities specific in objective and content but require specific relatively complex technical skills and training to undertake.Job purpose
Ensure all product orders are placed timely and in accordance with production needs, provide monthly balancing of all orders and provide information for KPI reports.
