- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Perform inspections and tests of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and address any quality issues, recommending and implementing corrective measures
- Work closely with production teams to ensure quality control is integrated into the production process
- Train and mentor quality control staff on quality standards and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management in the high end female apparel manufacturing industry
- Made to order and bulk production QC experience within a USA or European female apparel brand
- Must have previous experience in sewing dresses and woven material
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within China
- Experience in the textile or garment industry, particularly in bridal dress manufacturing
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
