Job DescriptionThe Collateral Technology team requires a Junior PM to support the delivery of several technology work streams. This critical project role will incorporate many deliverables.The successful candidate will be an experienced PM with a track record of 2-5 years in delivering, complex project outcomes. Key Roles & Responsibilities· Tracking and reporting of project progress, project milestones, impediments, dependencies and potential risks· Analyse trends, highlight issues and work with relevant parties to resolve issues· Produce monthly management reports by summarizing and consolidating project achievements and concerns· Track project squads composition, ensure smooth knowledge transfer within squad and assist new squad member onboarding· Input to Technology Business Function operational processes, communication and executions· Own relevant Technology Bridge sites· Propose and develop productivity and quality KPI metrics to drive Agile and quality improvement· Facilitate in sprint review/planning/retro sessions, refine and consolidate corresponding output· Facilitate project regular meeting with stakeholder and team meeting from pack preparation to minutes trackingExperience Required
