- Establish the project schedule management system with Project Manager, Project Director.
- Work with project team to prepare the project schedule in different levels.
- Prepare high level scheduling report to steering committee for project schedule progress analysis
- Provide all key milestone with construction, procurement and design team to align the key interface milestone, able to organize meeting to align and analyze timeline and gaps
- Coordinate the different team to review/approve the schedule.
- Instruct the key coordination dates for project execution to achieve the schedule alignment between different contractors.
- Alert potential project delays
- Report project execution status in different forms for different purposes.
- At least 8 years scheduling/planning experience
- Tracked experiences on working with client to develop and track project schedule from concept, design, procurement, construction and commissioning knowledge
- Tracked experiences on pharmaceutical or fine chemical projects
- Must be good at communicating with different work streams, be active on solving problems under the challenging situations.
- Must be a good expert on project reporting, and expert on P6 desirable.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, verbal and written

Job Description
Due to continuing success and expansion, Turner & Townsend are now looking for an experienced Scheduler to provide schedule and planning services for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale Construction projects within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or similarly complex asset type.
