Master or Bachelor of project management or Engineering or other relevant M.Sc.项目管理或工程相关专业本科或硕士学位

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

The WPO-Facility & Construction is a key role in the Facility and Construction Department for project management and execution AP expansion project during the whole project life cycles.

The overall responsible for the WPO-Facility & Construction is to drive, managing and oversight on project EHS, cost, schedule, risk, quality, procurement activities and as the main interface with internal and external project teams

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:

EHS & C4Z and permit 环境,健康及安全

On top of FFEx construction site safety, environment compliance and overall site security. Liaison with engineering department and Danmark program C4Z to ensure C4Z target are met during design and construction. Work together with Exyte to obtain Construction Permits and NN permit as related.

Project Management 项目管理

Responsible for Facility & Construction cost/budget, including investment, capacity budget set up, review, monitoring, update and tracking during execution, as well as Project changes quantity survey, contractor payment control etc.

负责厂房及建设费用,预算包括投资及费用的设立,审阅,监督更新, 项目变更工程量测量,承包商付款等相关工作。

Drive construction control during execution, including procurement management, project change management, schedule control, construction quality control and assurance, risk management, document management, report project status etc.

项目执行工程中的施工控制,包括采购管理,项目变更管理,施工进度管理,施工质量控制及保证,风险管理,文件管理,项目汇报等

As the main interface with existing Site Tianjin during construction as well as training and handover process after construction is completed

在项目执行和移交阶段与现有天津工厂联络做好相应的对接,培训及移交工作

Be responsible for project coordination, F&C risk management, F&C schedule management, Construction document management and ad hoc tasks

在项目执行期间,作为部门的主要联系人,协调厂房及建设部门内部,F&C部门风险管理,进度管理,施工文件管理及临时安排的项目工作

Facility Amin 行政事务

Be responsible for facility administrations works including project office supply, project office maintenance, canteen and shuttle bus running as well as future gowning services
